Topic Pruning

From FUDforum Wiki
Jump to: navigation, search

The Topic Pruning admin control panel allows the administrator to remove topics that are older then a certain date.

Once you click on the prune button the forum will calculate the number of topics that will be affected by the pruning and ask you to confirm that you indeed wish to prune that number of topics. If you confirm the process the affected topics will be removed.

This control panel can also be used to remove all the messages of a particular user (redirect from the User Manager). In this case it will remove all messages the user has posted, and not necessarily all topics.
